Christmas at Leeds Museum

On Saturday 9th December, members of LIDOS joined forces with Leeds Gilbert & Sullivan Society & St Mary's Youth Theatre to provide part of the entertainment during the "Christmas at the Museum" event at Leeds City Museum.

      

Leeds G & S carol concert was rudely interrupted by the Ugly Sisters (on this occasion played by Simon Field & Graham Siddle) coming back from a shopping spree in Leeds. When they went off looking for a beer, they left a very upset Cinderella (Sophie Massa) to be consoled by Prince Charming (Sarah Kay-Gibson) by singing together.



The four of them then performed their own version of "The Twelve Days of Christmas" before joining forces with Leeds G & S for a rendition of "Mary's Boy Child"
